Service treating for any pest issues such as roaches, ants, spiders, scorpion, rodents, fleas and ticks, etc. This service includes the inside and outside of the structure and the immediate perimeter; addressing all entry, harborage, and nesting areas. This service is offered as a onetime service, quarterly service, or monthly service.
Quarterly Service Plan
Maintenance plan that maintains the protection against problems pests and seasonal invaders. Problems and complaints between quarters are handled at no charge. This is our most popular plan.
Monthly Service Plan
Same as Quarterly plan but on the monthly basis.
Yard Treatments
Complete yard treatment. Available for fleas, ticks, fire-ants, mosquitoes and general yard pests. Seasonal Plans are available.
Rodent Control Service
Inspection of property identifying entry points and nesting areas. Baiting and trapping methods used.
Carpenter Ant Treatments
Treatments of known and possible harborage areas using the least invasive treatment methods relying on specialized bait and targeted treatment methods as opposed to broad drilling and dusting methods.
Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI)
A thorough and complete inspection of the property, giving a detailed report of any signs of active infestations, previous infestations, signs of treatment, and conducive conditions that pertain to wood destroying insects. This service comes with a free general pest control service after the closing.
Residential and Commercial Termite Treatments
Full, Partial, and Spot Treatments available, All treatments are completed using a physical liquid barrier treatment using Termidor SC. Warranties are renewable and transferable.
Preconstruction Termite Treatments
Residential and Commercial Termite Treatments available, all carrying a 5 year renewable warranty.
